Men of Victory
Men of Victory is the Men's Ministry of Word of Victory Outreach Center. The men are led by Pastor Mike Burns and enjoy various activities such as breakfast, outings and an occasional retreat. Each time these men meet the Word is surely to be discussed and relationships are built. It's easy to join, just show up! Check the Events page for events already scheduled on the calendar!

Women of the Word is the Women's Ministry of Word of Victory Outreach Center. Led by Pastor Janet Burns and Melissa Winebarger, Women of the Word (WOW) come together to learn how to overcome life's challenges. From special events such as the annual Tea Cup Exchange, A Night with the King or just coffee. Check the Events page for events already on the calendar. Victory Christian School was founded in 1993 by Dr. J. Michael Burns. Pastor Burns and his wife, Janet, moved to Canton with a vision in their hearts to begin a Christian School; a vision to provide quality education with an emphasis on character development and a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
The purpose of our school is to present to our students the truth about God, about life and living, about our world and everything in it, and to present the Word of God as the authoritative source upon which to build a life that has purpose and meaning. VCS is housed in the facilities of Word of Victory Outreach Center in Canton, TX.
Our mission at VCS is to encourage our students to strive for excellence in spiritual growth and academic learning. Our purpose is to daily remind them of their importance to God and their responsibility to respect and honor others, all the while awakening and maintaining the joy of learning.
